Glass Repair for Vases, Goblets, Bowls

We can do custom cutting and edging that allows for repair of chipped rims of vases, goblets and bowls.  To repair a chipped vase, goblet or bowl rim, first the glass is cut or ground down to the base of the chip.  Next, the rim is reshaped to match the original bevel.  Finally, the rim is polished to restore the luster.  Glass repair on a chipped goblet base is similar.  The circumference of the base is reduced just enough to remove the chip.  After that, the bevel is restored and the base polished.

Art glass figurines such as animals, fish, birds, and angels can often be reshaped and the finished matched.

Toledo Mirror and Glass can cut specialty mirrors for any vehicle.  Bring us the mirror frame or part and we can cut the replacement mirror right here in our shop.
